We have created this CRM to manage a company with all the tools that may be necessary. The platform has a section for creating Job Orders and the related Calls that compose it.
For each record it is possible to store any type of data, from the Quantity of materials used, their Cost, the Workers employed and the Number of hours worked.
In the related tabs it is also possible to store Invoices, Dates, Deadlines.
There is a section for the personal data of customers, Suppliers, Material Warehouse, Delivery Notes, and Estimates.
The CRM has a system connected to the tablets of individual workers to remotely establish their shifts, the interventions to be carried out with all the details, storing the signature of the customer at the end of the work.
At the end of the intervention the system will send a detailed report to the Administration, complete with the signature of the end customer, ready to be transformed into an invoice.
